Shamsu Arfin Shams Vs. The State of Bihar and Ors. to the extent that in place of the original petitioner since died, his legal heirs would be substituted.

The application is allowed to the extent that in place of the original petitioner, namely, Md. Shamsul Arfin Shams,

Patna High Court MJC No.1797 of 2016(2) dt.09-12-2021 2/2 who superannuated on 31st of October, 1996, his legal heirs would be substitute, as under : -

2. Md. Sham Suzzama Shams (Son)

3. Bibi Shamma (Daughter)

4. Md. Shahiduzzama Shams (Son) The order is modified accordingly.
