Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 28/10/2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.35584/ 2021. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that subsequently Similarly situated co-accused Bikku Yadav has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 02.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56972/ 2021. Petitioner is in custody since 21/12/2020.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
