The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

120 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from the Chawar situated near western side of Ghosh Colony and petitioner and others are alleged to have fled away after seeing the police party.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and has got no concern with the alleged recovery.

However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got
