Without availing the remedy of appeal or revision, the petitioners have filed the writ application challenging the order dated 25.11.1995 passed by the Respondent Deputy Collector, Land Reforms in Jamabandi Correction Case No. 14/91-92.

Since nobody has appeared to press this application, I am constrained to dismiss the application for non prosecution. I order accordingly.
