2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bankey Bazar P.S. case No. 163 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 of the Amrs Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol and five live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It has also been submitted that the procedure prescribed under Section 105 of the B.N.S.S. has not been followed. It has further been submitted that petitioner has got

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Heard the parties and perused the record.

7. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above-named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Gaya, in connection with Bankey Bazar P.S. case No. 163 of 2025.

8. The application stands allowed.
