JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-07-2015 The instant writ petition has been filed for quashing resolution dated 30.8.1996, passed in Revision case no. 177-176 and 175/92 by the Addl.Member, Board of Revenue and order dated 28.7.1992, passed in Appeal Nos. 130,131 and 132 of 1989, passed by the Collector, West Champaran and also order dated 21.10.1982 and the final publication passed in land Ceiling case no. 40 of 1975-76 by the LRDC, Bettiah. This case was adjourned on 7.5.2015 as no one pressed the petition. Even today, no one is pressing the writ petition. However, counsel for the State is present.

Having heard learned counsel for the State and going through the writ petition, I am of the view that the writ petitioner may challenge the impugned order afresh, if so advised.
