It has been submitted that due to typographical error in 4th paragraph of the order dated 07.11.2017, by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail, „Rajauli P.S. Case No.142 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada,‟ has been typed in place of "Garkha P.S. Case No.260 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the 5th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra".

In view of such, order dated 07.11.2017 is modified to the extent that in place of „Rajauli P.S. Case No.142 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada,‟ it should be read as "Garkha P.S. Case No.260 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the 5th Additional Chief Judicial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51283 of 2017 (3) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 Magistrate, Saran at Chapra."

Four weeks‟ further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before 5th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No.260 of 2017, in terms of the order dated 07.11.2017. (Sanjay Priya, J) JA/- U T
