The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a complaint case in which processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 354, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(XI) (XIX) of the S.C./S.T.(Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
It is alleged that the informant went to take water from the petroleum dealership of the petitioner when for a petty dispute she was assaulted and abused by calling caste name.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3637 of 2016 (2) dt.22-01-2016 petitioner that maliciously accusation has been levelled. Considering the nature of accusation in the background of serious criminal antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Complaint Case No. 2262 of 2014, pending in the Court of Sri Manish Kumar, J.M., Sadar, Motihari.
