Though, the matter has been placed under the heading "For Orders", it is being disposed of by the present judgment and order in view of the nature of relief/s sought for in the present criminal revision application.

3. The present criminal revision application, under Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act, 1984, has been filed against

No.1022 of 2016 dt.07-02-2017 2/2 the order, dated 19.08.2016, passed in Miscellaneous Case No. 60 of 2011, whereby, taking into account respective stands taken on behalf of the parties before the Court of learned Principal Judge, Bhagalpur, the matter has been directed to be fixed for 26.10.2016 for crossexamination of witness No. 2. There is no material to show as regards developments subsequent to passing of the said order. So far the said order, dated 19.08.2016, is concerned, I do not find any reason to interfere with the same as it cannot be said that it has resulted into miscarriage of justice.

4. This application has no merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
