Learned counsel for the informant as well as learned A.P.P. for the State are present. This Court has gone through the material available on the record and disposing off this application on that basis. The petitioner in the present case is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Ruhai (Wena) P.S. Case No. 01 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. From the prosecution story it appears that there is an allegation against the petitioner that he came on the land of the informant and on protest, he abused and assaulted the informant by means of rod and caused rupture injury over his head. Learned counsel for the informant as well as the State have made a submission that in fact the informant was admitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25096 of 2019(3) dt.26-07-2019 2/2 in the Patna Medical College and Hospital where it was found to be a case of head injury and multiple injury due to physical assault.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, wherein there is an allegation of assault on the vital part of the body against the petitioner and discharge ticket Patna Medical College and Hospital shows that it was a case of multiple injury, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is dismissed.
