The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 07 of 2004 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police after investigation submitted final form and thereafter, the Magistrate took cognizance.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the police after investigation has submitted final form and in the similar circumstance other co-accused person, namely, Angad Choubey and others have been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 19.04.2018 passed in Criminal
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25202 of 2018(2) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 Miscellaneous No. 23285 of 2018, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Ramgarh P.S.
