2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 410 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the persecution case, the daughter of the informant was killed due to non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The marriage was solemnized in the year 2018. The corpus delicti has not been

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
