Petitioner is an accused in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 46 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 304(B), 120(B)/34of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2019.

Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner by contending that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and in the first information report, there is direct allegation against the petitioner and others of killing the deceased by burn injury.

Having considered the entire facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
