2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mednichowki P.S. Case No. 228 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, two unknown criminals have shot and killed the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2024.

5. During investigation, it has come that the petitioner along with other criminal(s) was seen going on a motorcycle and independent witnesses, who have seen the crime, have identified the petitioner from the CCTV footage shown to them.

6. In view of the above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
