The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 13 of 2018 registered under Sections 304, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. On the basis of recovery of unknown female dead body, Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 13 of 2018 was instituted on the basis of Fradbeyan of Choukidar, Harendra Paswan. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. While it has come in course of investigation that the cause of death was poison but father of the deceased admitted in his statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. that his daughter perhaps consumed poison due to mental unbalance.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29057 of 2018(2) dt.10-05-2018 2/2 Dead body of the daughter of daughter-in-law of petitioner was found at the bank of Ganga river uncared. Having regard the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
