The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Daudpur P.S. case No. 110 of 2016 under Section 353, 353(A) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3 of Damage to Public Property Act.

The petitioner is a member of mob and no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. There was tension among two communities and the police officer lodged this false case making allegation against members of Hindu community.
