2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 497 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 342, 343, 325, 307, 147, 148, 149, 353, 332, 333, 224 and 225 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner attacked upon the police officials by Lathi-Danda and bricks-stones and managed to flee away from the spot.

4. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that only on suspicion the petitioner has been made accused in this case. No specific overact is alleged against the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32769 of 2024(3) dt.20-06-2024 2/2 the prayer for bail by contending that this petitioner assaulted the police officials due to which they sustained injuries. Hence, he does not deserve to be enlarged on anticipatory bail.

6. Having considered the nature of the accusation and gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
