Patna High Court CWJC No.11737 of 1997 (10) dt.05-09-2016 2/2 05-09-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, in view of pendency of a Second Appeal before this Court with respect to the same sets of lands, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to raise all the issues of fact in the aforesaid pending Second Appeal.
The learned GP 27, appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 to 5, does not raise any objection to the prayer made on behalf of the petitioners.
