JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 128 of 2004 registered under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that final form has already been submitted.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49777 of 2017 (3) dt.30-11-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M., 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kazi Mohamadpur P.S. Case No. 128 of 2004, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
