====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 294 of 2019 for the offence under sections 323, 498(A), 504, 506, 354, 354(A), 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is husband. He has no criminal antecedent. It is alleged that marriage took place on 6.7.2018 and allegedly on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, the opposite party no.2 has been treated with cruelty. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to keep the opposite party no.2 with full honour and dignity. The statement to that effect is made at para-

In order to promote normal conjugal life, the Court is inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-14, Chapra, Saran, in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 294 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

It is made clear that the petitioner has to honour his statement made in para-10 that he will keep the opposite party no.2 with full honour and dignity.

In the event, the petitioner neglects, misbehave or torture his wife, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
