The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Daraunda P. S. Case No. 244 of 2015 registered under Sections 363, 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence as also the fact that the name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation and the police may require his custodial interrogation, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.
