The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.694C/2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the D.P.Act.

Case is under Section 498A of the IPC against the petitioner and there is allegation of demand and cruelty against the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the matter has been compromised between the parties. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.25993 of 2019(3) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner appear before the learned court below on 12.7.2019 who will verify the above submissions that the matter has been compromised between the parites and after verification, if the submission is found true, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 23.4.2019 shall be confirmed, otherwise the provisional bail shall stand cancelled.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
