JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-09-2016 After some argument, Sri Bhola Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners, in presence of learned Additional Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Vijendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel, who has voluntarily appeared on behalf of the informant makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition. He submits that there was case and counter case in between the parties. The prayer is allowed.

The petition stands disposed of with indication that if within a period of six weeks petitioners appear before the court
