The petitioner has invoked writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with a prayer to direct the respondents to appoint her as Assistant Teacher pursuant to advertisement published by the Bihar Staff Selection Commission vide Advertisement No. 210 of 2010.

In this case a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 4 and it has been indicated that petitioner's

Patna High Court CWJC No.1547 of 2015 (2) dt.04-02-2017 2/2 case can be disposed of in terms of the order passed in CWJC No. 17899 of 2012 (Kanti Kumari & Others Vrs. State of Bihar & Others). Sri Chandra Bhusan Das, learned counsel for Respondent No. 4 submits that issue raised in the present writ petition has already been set at rest in Kanti Kumari Case (Supra ) which has also been approved by L.P.A. Court. He submits that pursuant to the order of this court in Kanti Kumari Case (Supra ) applications have already been invited against 2213 vacant seats of Assistant Teachers and selection process is going on.

In view of the facts and circumstances the present writ petition also stands disposed of in terms of the order passed in Kanti Kumari Case (Supra).
