The petitioner seeks bail in Sahebpur Kamal PS Case No. 87/2020 registered for the offences punishable under sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleges that the petitioner kidnapped her 15 years old daughter and forcibly tried to make physical relation with her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to pending land dispute, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. FIR has been lodged after delay of three days without giving cogent reason for delay. Petitioner is in custody since 21.3.2020 having no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

As there is specific allegation of kidnapping and forcibly trying to make physical relation with informant's 15 years old daughter, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Shashi U T
