This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 205 of 2024 registered for the offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 09.09.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.61073 of 2025.

As per the F.I.R., while the informant, being the collecting agent in a finance company, was going after collecting the loan amount of Rs.1,62,000/-, unknown criminal have looted the said amount. During investigation, it has come that the petitioner was involved in the said loot.

The petitioner is in custody since 15.04.2025. He is accused in five more similar and serious case. 5.

Considering the nature of allegation, antecedents of the petitioner and also the fact that the present bail application has been filed without any change in circumstance, I am not inclined to review my earlier order dated 09.09.2025.
