The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (I) To issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ / writs, order / orders direction/directions (II)commanding the respondents for following:- (i) To direct the respondents to remove the encroachment of the land of Maa Bhagawati Temple in Mauza Boren, Thana No.161,

Patna High Court CWJC No.6920 of 2023(2) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 Kheshra No. 1442, Khata No.347, Tauzi No. 540, total area 00-03-0400 dhoor situated at villageSaraiya P.S.- Chautham, DistrictKhagaria. (ii) To direct the respondents to remove the encroachment and clear the temple land according to the Khatiyan.

(iii) To direct the respondents to remove the private respondents no. 5 to 10 who encroached the temple land illegally."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
