Also heard the Opposite Party No. 2, in person. The petitioner is aggrieved by an order, dated 22.08.2016, passed, in Matrimonial Case No. 49 of 2015, by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nawada, whereby learned Court below has allowed interim maintenance at the rate of Rs. 10,000/- per month and litigation cost @ Rs. 1,000/- per month.

This application has been filed under Section 19

(4) of the Family Courts Act, 1984.

In my view, the order being interim in nature,
