The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 24.03.2021 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 35387 of 2020. By the aforesaid order, the petitioner was directed to be enlarged on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of that order. However for the reasons which have been explained in the petition, the petitioner could not surrender within the period mentioned in the order dated 24.03.2021. The order dated 24.03.2021 is modified to the extent

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38185 of 2021(2) dt.14-07-2021 2/2 that in case the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, she shall be accorded the privilege under the order dated 24.03.2021 with the same terms and conditions.

The order stands modified to the extent indicated above.

The modification application stands disposed of accordingly.
