Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Bihar Board of Open Schooling and Examination is running a schooling and training scheme of Amanat degree for betterment of Amins under the guidance of the Department of Education, Government of Bihar. It is stated that the petitioners have taken admission in the said institution and they are waiting for their examination but the institution is not conducting examination.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7440 of 2023(2) dt.27-06-2023 2/2 In the nature of the grievance of the petitioners, this Court grants liberty to the petitioners to file a detail representation before the Principal Secretary, Department of Education, Government of Bihar (respondent no.1) and the Deputy Director, Academy, Bihar Board of Open Schooling and Examination, Chanakaya National Law University Campus, Mithapur (respondent no.2) as early as possible whereupon the respondent nos.1 and 2 shall consider the same and take an appropriate decision within a period of two months from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order.
