====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ----------- 13-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ishuapur P.S.Case No.124 of 2017/G.R. No.4239 of 2017 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The accusation is of torturing the deceased, the daughter of the informant, by her husband and in-laws due to non fulfillment of the dowry demand and killing her under conspiracy with the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact,

No.53985 of 2017 (2) dt.13-11-2017 2/2 the petitioners are the neighbours of the husband of the deceased, the daughter of the informant, and they have falsely been implicated in this case with the allegation of hatching conspiracy with the husband and in-laws of the deceased, the daughter of the informant. The petitioners have no criminal antecedents. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Ishuapur P.S. Case No.124 of 2017/G.R. No.4239 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
