Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he alongwith his brother caused firearm injury to the father of the informant which resulted in death.

Petitioner is in custody since 01.05.2017.

In the past prayer for bail was refused vide order at Annexure-1.

The report of the learned Trial Judge dated 12.04.2021 shows that the case is still running for prosecution evidence. Submission is that the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

No.24318 of 2020(5) dt.21-06-2021 2/2 Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner and no chance of early conclusion of the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.T.No.273 of 2017 arising out of Kadirganj Police Station Case No.103 of 2016 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
