It appears that C.W.J.C.No.13742 of 2008 has been dismissed for non-compliance of per emptory order dated 11.7.2014 passed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the requisites for issuance of notice upon respondent No.5 have already been filed.

In view of the submissions made, C.W.J.C. No.13742 of 2008 is restored to its original file and the instant application is allowed.
