Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S.Case No.194 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 354(D), 420, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner as per the written report is that while the informant along with her friends were sitting in Buddha Smirti Park, accused person came there and took photographs of their Aadhar Cards and edited the photograph of the informant and her friends and started blackmailing and torturing them.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that for the same set of fact, one of the girl has already lodged

18-07-2019 Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30511 of 2019(3) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 Mahial P.S.Case no.110 of 2018 and in that case the petitioner has been granted regular bail, vide order dated 11.10.2018 in Bail Petition No.1816 of 2018 by the learned lower court itself, now again another girl has filed the present case with same set of facts .

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant, who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that the case is on similar facts but the informant is different. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Patna in connection with Mahila P.S.Case No.194 of 2018 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
