ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Secretary, Government of Bihar, Department of Public Health Engineering. In pursuance of the earlier orders, the Secretary, Government of Bihar, Department of Public Health Engineering, is present and has expressed apology in his affidavit dated

Patna High Court MJC No.175 of 2013 (7) dt.27-04-2017 P2/2 26.04.2017 regarding the earlier orders issued from the office of the Executive Engineer. The objectionable contents of the earlier order have since been withdrawn and fresh orders have been issued which have been annexed as Annexure-'D' and Annexure- 'E' to the supplementary show cause. By these two orders, the petitioners have been granted Assured Career Progression in accordance with law and after adding the work-charge period of their duties as per the orders issued by this Court in the earlier order under contempt.

It is thus, submitted that in view of the full compliance of the order, the contempt application may be disposed of.

Having considered the text of the orders and after perusing the materials on record, it appears that now there is full compliance of the order passed by this Court. Accordingly, the contempt application stands disposed of.

The personal appearance of the Secretary, Government of Bihar, Department of Public Health Engineering, is dispensed with.
