This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Aurai P.S. Case No.65 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Unknown criminals have looted an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- from the informant on the point of gun. 4.

During the investigation, the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner is accused in twenty one more serious criminal cases.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
