This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Vaishali P.S. Case No. 43 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 332, 333, 307, 353, 427, 224, 225 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are said to have assaulted the police.
Considering the above, the petitioners are directed to deposit an amount of Rs.10,000/- in a charitable organization or in the Legal Aid Committee of concerned district and produce
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37510 of 2021(2) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 the receipt of the same while furnishing the bail bonds. If the petitioners furnish a receipt showing deposit of Rs.10,000/- in a charitable organization or in the Legal Aid Committee of the concerned district, the petitioners shall be released on bail, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S.
