Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 129 of 2016 registered under Sections 25(1-B) (a)/26/30/35 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in the present case. The petitioner was not present with the apprehended co-accused person. His name has been disclosed by the co-accused which has no evidentiary value in the eye of law. Also he has no criminal history. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1864 of 2017 (4) dt.07-03-2017 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Mitihani P.S. Case No. 129 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
