JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-05-2018 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 168 of 2017, dated 09.09.2017, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners and the informant and his men fought over fixing of pegs on the field. As a result, both sides resorted to assaulting each other. Though some of the persons from the side of the informant have been injured,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25678 of 2018 (2) dt.04-05-2018 2/2 but the injuries suffered by them are stated to be simple in nature. There are injuries on the persons of people from the side of the petitioners as well.

There is a counter case vide Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 167 of 2017. The petitioners are not only agnates, but next-doors neighbours of the informant also.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Rani Talab P.S.
