This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 420, 462, 468, 471, 342, 323, 120B and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant was local stockiest of Rajnish Anand Enterprises. The petitioner was employee of Rajnish Anand Enterprises and complainant had entered into the agreement relying on the petitioner. Later on the accused person violated the terms and conditions of agreement, in as mush as, the damaged articles were not returned back and there is allegation of misappropriation of money advanced.

Since the complainant is not remediless, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint Case No. 14995 C of
