Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 9 of 2012 registered under Sections363/366A of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that informant's daughter was kidnapped by some motorcycle borne miscreants. Petitioner is alleged to have talked with informant's son on his mobile and had desired to talk with the girl.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case on basis of suspicion. Petitioner is a married person.
Considering the nature of allegation levelled
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50745 of 2016 (5) dt.27-01-2017 against the petitioner coupled with the fact that petitioner has criminal history, I do not feel inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. His prayer for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
