The authenticity of the claim of the petitioner would be required to be established and looked into from the materials, registration as well as the affiliation granted by Bihar School Examination Board. If there is a doubt created as to the exact identity of the institution in whose favour the grant-in-aid of the State was required to be directed or if there is another institution which is supposed to receive such grant-in-aid, then till such

Petitioner is free to appear before the Chairman, Bihar School Examination Board, who will get an enquiry held regarding petitioner or such affected persons and then advice the government accordingly. Till such exercise is done, no direction for release of grant of fund in favour of the petitioner is required to be issued by the Court.

Writ application is disposed off with liberty as above.
