2. The Cr. Misc. No. 33905 of 2023 was allowed on 28.06.2023. Ten months later, the modification petition has been filed and it has been stated that instead of family members, the word 'relative' be included as none of the family members have official document.

3. Learned APP pointed out that he has delayed filing the modification inasmuch as in June 2023, relief was granted.

4. Though the delay has occurred, in view of the fact that the relief has been granted, taking sympathetic view, the Cr. Misc. No. 32264 of 2024 stands allowed subject to payment of Rs. 2,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority, East Champaran, Motihari which shall be exclusively used for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32264 of 2024(2) dt.03-05-2024 2/2 purchase of the journals.

5. In that view of the matter, condition no. (i) of the order dated 28.06.2023 stands modified to the following extent: "(i) one of the bailor should be the family member/relative of the petitioner who shall provide official document to show his/her bona fide;"
