By the order dated 06.01.1999 passed by a Bench of this Court, this matter was directed to be listed after disposal of CWJC No.10491 of 1997 and analogous cases as the issues involved in the present writ petition and that in CWJC No.10491 of 1997 and analogous cases were/are identical and common. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, in presence of learned AAG-3 appearing on behalf of the respondents, has fairly submitted that the aforesaid CWJC No.10491 of 1997 and analogous cases ultimately travelled to the Full Bench of this Court and were finally dismissed by a common

Patna High Court CWJC No.5039 of 1998 (4) dt.20-01-2015 judgment and order dated 25.11.2014 handed down by a Full Bench of this Court.

In view of the binding precedent of the Full Bench, this writ petition has to fail and is, accordingly, dismissed, but without costs.
