This modification application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of order dated 19.01.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No.34841 of 2020.

By order dated 19.01.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No.34841 of 2020, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail with direction to hand over the ornaments and clothes to O.P. No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that O.P. No.2 fled away from her matrimonial house with her ornaments

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31906 of 2022(5) dt.09-11-2022 2/2 and the petitioner is not in a position to return the same. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of O.P. No.2 submits that O.P. No.2 has not taken away her ornaments and clothes while she was leaving her matrimonial house. In view of the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to give an additional amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) to O.P. No.2 besides Rs.12,00,000/- (Rupees Twelve Lakhs).

The parties are directed to withdraw all criminal cases filed against each other within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. It is also agreed between the parties that they will also request the learned court below to dispose of the divorce case pending between the parties within a period of eight weeks.

Accordingly, with the aforesaid direction, this modification application stands disposed of.
