2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 7 of E.C.Act.
3. Petitioner is alleged to be owner of the truck, which was allegedly carrying wheat for the purpose of selling it in black-market.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation. He further submits that petitioner is lady and is owner of the truck in question and without her knowledge or consent, her truck was being used by driver for the purpose of selling the wheat in black-market. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrakh P.S.
