JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The application seeks restoration of CWJC No. 13300 of 2012 which stood dismissed on account of non compliance of the order dated 26.07.2012 whereby one week's time was granted to file requisites for issuance of notices on respondent nos.6 and 7 under both modes.

Counsel for the petitioners states that under some misconception requisites could not be filed within the stipulated time which were however filed on 03.08.2012. He has explained the reasons for not filing the same within time. Having heard the parties the petition seeking restoration of CWJC No. 13300 of 2012 is allowed. The peremptory time granted under order dated 26.07.2012 is extended to 03.08.2012 subject to deposit of Rs. 250/- with the Patna High Court legal
