Petitioner seeks bail in Bidupur P.S. Case No.87 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(12-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that only mobile phone is alleged to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.
In the written report, it is alleged that on seeing the police party one person, who was sitting on the car, fled away. Two persons were arrested, who disclosed their name as Kunal Kumar and Rajeev Kumar Sinha (petitioner). It is alleged that on search fire arms have been recovered from possession of Kunal Kumar. It is further alleged that one mobile phone has

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 19th, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Bidupur P.S.
