JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-04-2015 The only other direction which is required to be given in the present case is to direct the Bihar School Examination Board to declare and release the result of the petitioner of D.El.Ed. since the petitioner has already passed the said examination on the earlier direction of this Court and the age of the petitioner is no longer an issue after the State Government too has reduced the minimum age to 17 years for such enrolment. The result must be declared within a period of one week from today.
