Petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and no specific overt act has been alleged against the petitioners and the specific allegation of firing is against coaccused Jitendra Rai. They are in custody since 19.3.2021. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let all the
